Welcome to Svendborg! In the less visited Målsev region, we are half way between Tromsø and Senja. We welcome you into our daily life at 69 degrees North! From endless midsummer nights in the pine and birch forests, to mythical Northern Lights in the colorful autumn, or a magical white winter. With no light, sound, or air pollution, this is a place where you can disconnect from the outside world and experience untouched nature in its purest form. Svendborg, a charming 150 years old log-house, where attention to detail is paramount and warm hospitality characterizes every moment. We live here together with 35 friendly huskies, they will love meeting you. Whether you want a unique romantic stay as a couple or fun and valuable quality time with your family, this is the ideal base for a cosy nature getaway!
The log-house
We look forward to helping you design a personnal, fully customizable experience. Our log-house is built following unique traditions of northern Norway, it is the dream place to enjoy intimate holidays and admire the Northern Lights. With nature at the door steps, it is a comfortable advanced base into the wilderness, with an unlimited playground!
The log-house is 120m². There are 2 bedrooms, an attic and a large mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. Furnished in a nordic style, with lots of details about local life, reindeer herding and arctic adventures. Excellent wireless internet access. There are 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, one bathroom, one laundry room, and a private wood-fired sauna.
